It depends on the package you choose.  A Color Confirmation confirms that youhave been analyzed by a certified color professiional.  Digital guides and color palettes can be purchased separately.  

The Color Mini is a digital evaluation of your dominent features, YourColor Code, a digital palette of your colors and a 30 minute zoom call to discuss the analysis and anser your questions.  

The Full Color Experience can be done in studio or virtually.  It includes a full evaluation of your dominent features and Color Code.  We also review your tonal contrast levels and discuss how to apply your Color Code to your wardrobe colors and netrals and paterns as well as shoes, bags and jewelry.  Your digital color palette and physical swatch deck is also inlcuded.

Your color analysis will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your photos.  Some packages can be delivered sooner.  It is still a good idea to submit photos and allow 7 to 10 business days prior to an in studio appointment so that we have time to fully prepare for your visit.

Depending on the package you purchased, you will have time following your confirmation or personal analysis to email your questions and confirm your analysis.  An in studio analysis allows you to ask questions and get answers during your appointment.

We evaluate  you with your current hair color. However, if you are thinking of changing your hair color, it will be important to know what your hair color is naturally.

If you have already purchased the service, you will have time to ask questions during your session and for an ample period of time following your session.

Generally, your skin undertones won’t change over time, but your hair color may change or have gone gray.  Sometimes, we find moving up a step lighter in your color type works better.  We can help with that too.

Of course.  Men have skin, hair and eyes too.  The same color codes apply, although we can focus a bit more on the neutrals if they prefer.
